Everyone loves food - especially sea food !! Im a great lover of sea food too - especially anything made from all kinds of fishes ,prawns,shrimps,lobsters and my mom's own recipe of "Shark pudding" !! For the past 5 years , there has been this yummy contest held for the Best chefs of the country to try out their best original Sea food recipe !! Its better known as the Great American Sea-food cook off , and its the 5th year anniversary this time !! This time around some of America's best chefs have made the top 5 finalists namely Chef Paul Anders , Chef Tafari Campbell , Chef John Currence , Chef Mark Holley and Chef Brian Landry !! As I love any variety of Panzanella (especially strawberry panzanella) , my immediate favourit among the top 5 contestants was Colorado's very own Chef Paul Anders' Colorado Striped Bass Panzanella !! Striped Bass is also known as the Rock Fish and is one of the tastiest fishes in the waters of the country !! Also since its Panzanella - every one in the family will like it - from kids to the grannies !! This competition also encourages the use of domestic seafood since it is very much sustainable !!
